"Hello, I am a novice archer looking to get into bow hunting and archery in general. I am in the Coast Guard and will be stationed in NYC till Summer 09."

Archery is a sport that requires practice and discipline, and we meet regularly to fulfill these requirements. If you cannot attend an event at least ONCE every 60 days, do you understand your membership will be discontinued?

Tell us about your archery experience. Never shot before? Tell us your expectations.

"I am a novice archer will my only experience being with compound bows. I have my own equipment. "

A large part of the value in joining our group is socializing and learning from other archers. Can you tell us what you hope to get out of joining our archery club?

"I am hoping to make more friends and learn as much as I can so that I can enjoy the sport more."

As a group, we have ambitions for travel and expansion; corporate sponsorship and a shooting space of our own. As a member of the club, what developments would you like to see?

"Wow, that sounds intense. I would like to be a part of a bow hunting group which looks to teach safe practices, protection of natural resources, and provides a fun and nurturing environment for new hunters."
